KICK OFF MEETING

The coordinators of PHOENIX project consortium met on the island of Madeira to discuss the various phases of the project, share expectations and distribute tasks.
2ND TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETING
Paris (FR), 1-2 July 2023
We travelled to Paris for the second meeting of the 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐗 project. There we analyzed the work done so far, discussed the next steps and organized the tasks between the consortium partners.
FINAL EVALUATION MEETING
Paphos (CY), 4-5 July 2024
We met for the last time in Paphos to evaluate the work that has been done throughout the project and discuss the future, analyzing how the results produced can be used in the daily lives of young
people, associations and other stakeholders, both in the creative sector and in other fields.
LOCAL ACTIVITIES
In the second year of the project, the various organisations implemented local activities involving several young people from the arts sector, freelancers and also volunteers from youth associations. Other stakeholders later joined in contributing to the dissemination of the results and attracting various target audiences that might be interested in making use of the materials produced. Several tests were made of the online course, to improve it, and congruent with the artistic needs of the young people involved. Workshops were also organized to complement the online course and based on its contents.
MULTIPLIER EVENTS
In the final months of the project, the organizations involved held several multiplier events to disseminate the results of the project. We shared experiences, testimonies from the participants involved in the whole process and also carried out some creative activities.
